![]() ![]() The game doesn’t let you use the touchpad on laptops for anything except for clicking on powerups. ![]() This small error in the physics allows for some unrealistic spare shots as well. Realistically, the ball would hit one of the two pins, or if rolled exactly between the two pins would hit both pins making the baby split spare. This is an error in the physics of the game. Pin and ball physics are outstanding however, the game allows the ball to roll between two pins standing next to each other such as the 2-3,4-5, or 5-6 etc. In this updated version all 7 lanes have been tweaked and polished even more, and you can now steer the ball after the throw. Along the way, the player is egged on by different off-camera comentators. To make the game boredom-proof and deliver more bang for the buck, there are 7 lanes for the player to unlock and bowling balls to buy by earning golden pin points. The ball and pin physics are so realistic and the rendering of the lanes and environments is so perfect, you sometimes feel you're watching HD video of real bowling pins. Now they've outdone themselves and everyone else with Gutterball - Golden Pin Bowling. Skunk Studios set the standard for computer bowling games with Gutterball 3D, then upped the ante with Gutterball 2. The graphics look gorgeous on my 13 inch MacBook Pro. There's a lot to unlock which gives you a reason to keep playing. The different alleys and bowling balls also give the game some nice variety. Coming from a league bowler of twelve years the pin action is very realistic which is a must in any bowling game. This game is just as good as the original if not better. I remember playing the original version online. ![]()
